How Zentry Works

Follow an event from its first idea to the front door, and see how every Zentry identity, ticket, storefront, and payout connects.

Choose your path
01

Where do you want to begin?

Choose a goal to see the shortest path through Zentry. One account can eventually use every path.

Organizer path

Host an Event

Create the public host identity that owns and operates an event.

  1. 01Create or select an Organizer Profile
  2. 02Connect payouts for paid events
  3. 03Build and publish the event
  4. 04Manage orders, staff, and check-in

One person can use more than one path. These choices explain the product; they do not change your account.

02

One owner, three public identities

Your personal profile, organizer, and storefront serve different purposes while staying connected through the same account owner.

05

Storefronts create attributed distribution

An organizer approves the store, eligible tiers, and commission. The promoter then shares a purchase path Zentry can attribute.

Approved event path

From organizer to storefront

  1. 01

    Organizer publishes

Friday Night Live becomes a public event.

  2. 02

    Storefront is approved

The organizer selects the store, eligible tiers, limits, pricing, and commission.

  3. 03

    Promoter shares

The event appears in the storefront with an attributed purchase path.

  4. 04

    Customer buys

Zentry validates the approved promotion before checkout.

  5. 05

    Sale is tracked

The order records the valid store and promotion attribution.

  6. 06

    Commission is earned

A configured commission becomes eligible for the promoter payout flow.

The organizer controls which storefront can sell the event and the terms it can use. A promoter cannot add an arbitrary event or commission on their own.
