Help Center
A quick guide to organizers, Stripe, tickets, promoters, scanning, and the tools needed to run events on Zentry.
Creating an Organizer
Your Organizer is the public host identity for events. Create it before publishing so attendees see the right brand, image, bio, and social links.
Connecting Stripe
Stripe is required for public paid events so ticket revenue can be collected and paid out. Test events can be created while Stripe setup is unfinished.
Creating an Event
Add details, schedule, venue, ticket types, optional promoters, then review the live preview before publishing.
Ticket Types
Ticket types are the options buyers choose from, such as General Admission, VIP, or Early Bird. Each type has its own price and capacity.
Organizer Capacity
Organizer Capacity is the number of tickets sold directly from the main event page.
Promoter Capacity
Promoter Capacity is the number of tickets reserved for promoter storefronts. Promoters cannot sell more than the reserved amount.
Inviting Promoters
Promoters sell through their stores. Assign ticket limits, commission, and custom promoter prices when adding a store to an event.
Test Events
Test events are hidden from public discovery and analytics, but still let you verify checkout, tickets, and scanning.
Selling Tickets
After publishing, buyers can select tickets, complete Stripe Checkout, and receive tickets once the Stripe webhook fulfills the order.
Finding Purchased Tickets
Buyers can open My Tickets from mobile navigation or their account to view ticket QR codes and order details.
Scanning Tickets
Organizers and approved staff can open scanner access from Settings, Organizer Dashboard, or Event Management.
Refunds
Refund eligible orders from Organizer order tools. Refunds should be handled from the organizer views so ticket and order state stay consistent.
Promoter Stores
A Promoter Store is separate from an Organizer. Stores promote events and earn commission through approved store promotions.
